An elegant white and gold wedding reception followed, featuring arrangements of white florals and white orchids hanging from architectural gold centerpiece structures. Dramatic gold filled the room along with stunning single white roses lining each table. Each table was dressed with white and gold chairs and finished with tall, clear candelabras. The finishing touch was the assembly of gushing flowers that sat in tall, clear vases and scattered throughout the room.” -Strictly Weddings

Elegant Wedding at Ritz Carlton Laguna Niguel

Ejar and Limore’s elegant wedding at the Ritz Carlton Laguna Niguel was one to remember. Filled with lush florals and subtle gold decor, the couple celebrated this special day with their closest family and friends.

Every minute of this wedding was breathtaking. The ceremony was straight from a fairytale, covered in lush green leaves and white roses designed by Celio’s Design. A beautiful floral arch was placed at the start of the wedding aisle, along with floral arrangements all the way down the aisle. We provided string lights that covered the entire perimeter of the ceremony space, which added a soft and romantic ambiance.

After the ceremony, the newlyweds and their guests gathered at the elegant and romantic reception. Large candlelight fixtures were placed at the center of each table, accompanied by a variety of beautiful white bouquets. Subtle hints of gold were incorporated throughout the reception to add the finishing touches.

We also set up more string lights behind the stage to continue the elegant themed wedding. Eraj and Limore and their guests enjoyed the rest of the evening dancing and enjoying each others’ company.

Tented Welcome Dinner Featured on Style Me Pretty

Kate and Ross celebrated their wedding on the coast in California, and we are thrilled to share this tented welcome dinner is now featured on Style Me Pretty!

“Kate & Ross’ guests came from around the globe to celebrate with them for their early June wedding. Therefore, a Welcome Party at their coastal California home seemed like the perfect starting spot for the weekend. Their backyard sits on a bluff directly on the ocean with beautiful views over the water. We designed the event for the 80 guests to feel intimate, thoughtful but casual.” -Style Me Pretty

Chemistry Themed Bar Mitzvah at The Beverly Hills Hotel

Max’s chemistry themed Bar Mitzvah at The Beverly Hills Hotel was stunning in every way!

Becker and the Co planned an excellent event at the Beverly Hills Hotel. Max and his family celebrated this special day with their closest friends and family. We are proud to have provided the lighting for this event, and had the privilege to work with an amazing vendor team to bring all the details to life!

Shawna Yamamoto designed and made the intricate chemistry inspired centerpieces. Blue water filled beakers and floral accents added an eye-catching visual on the tabletops. To tie the entire theme together, chemistry formulas were designed on the black dance floor ! Our blue and purple hued lights created a magical ambiance throughout the ballroom and illuminated the tabletops.

Max and his guests had many forms of entertainment such as the arcade room provided by Arcade Rental Zone, Music from DJ Vikas Sapra, and many more.

Sports Themed Bar Mitzvah for Charlie

We are thrilled to have been a part of Charlie’s sports themed Bar Mitzvah!

Charlie’s Bar Mitzvah was far from ordinary. He celebrated this special day with his closest family and friends. Becker and the Co planned an exceptional event at the Katz Pavilion at Steven S. Wise, and the details were eye catching.

Large frames displayed jerseys on the top of the truss from various sports teams. Basketball hoops were also placed around the venue as well. Every tabletop was decorated with trophies, tea candles lit in glass holders, and vibrant red bouquets of roses. The finishing touch was the large assembly of gushing flowers that sat in tall, mirrored vases and scattered throughout the room designed by Butterfly Floral Event and Design.

Red accent chairs and barstools were placed at every table to offer a beautiful pop of color. Customized booths with Charlie’s name were set up around the venue to provide food and beverage for his family and friends to enjoy.

We had the pleasure of creating a sports arena ambiance by using purple and red hued lights throughout the venue and on the main stage. Large LED screens with Charlie’s name acted as the backdrop of the main stage and illuminated with red lights. It was a truly special and spectacular event!

Whimsical Wedding at Pelican Hill Resort

The Rivani’s celebrated their whimsical wedding at Pelican Hill Resort with their closest family and friends. Stunning in every way, we are thrilled to have been a part of an amazing vendor team to make this couple’s day as special as it could be.

For the ceremony, Shawna Yamamoto transformed the rotunda at Pelican Hill Resort into a beautiful floral masterpiece. She used pink, red, and purple tones. Our beautiful sparklers illuminated the aisle as our couple took their celebratory walk down the aisle after saying “I do”.

The reception was filled with gorgeous custom floral arrangements, romantic tabletops, and sleek gold and black chairs from Chameleon Chair Collection. Inspired by the ambiance of the Great Hall in Harry Potter, a custom floating candle installation above the tabletops and dance floor. This created an optical illusion and added a magical touch to the celebration.

A vibrant performance by La Follies blew the guests away. The couple’s first dance was perfect in every way on the grand ballroom floor. Our lighting design perfectly lit the custom monogrammed dance floor. Special thanks to Duke Images for capturing all the amazing details and special moments. We are grateful to be a part of the Rivani’s special day.

Holiday Floral Themed Corporate Party

To celebrate the holiday season, we are thrilled to have been a part of this holiday floral themed corporate party planned by Anita Gohari.

This holiday corporate party is one to remember! Every detail of this party was stunning and breathtaking. As guests arrived at the Palos Verdes Estate, they were immediately greeted with a grand entryway. We used string lights and seamlessly integrated them into the beautiful arch.

As the candlelights lit the pathway into the estate, it led to two large bespoke reindeer topiaries designed by The Empty Vase. The design featured thousands of crimson carnations, vanda blooms, fresh green moss, and metallic hand-painted eucalyptus for the antlers! Because the reindeers were a work of art, we wanted to highlight the vibrant colors from the flowers using uplighting.

When guests entered the estate, whimsical and unique floral arrangements were placed throughout the tabletops along with several candlelights.

We used uplighting on every tree throughout the entire outside lounge area to create a relaxing ambiance. Two large trees were also wrapped with string lights to elevate the ambiance some more. The pool was filled with glass bowls with candles, which illuminated and reflected beautifully under the night sky. Revelry Event Design provided simple and modern furniture in the lounge area with pops of red accents to celebrate the holiday season.

Lastly, special thanks to Visuals by Arpit for capturing the gorgeous details of this holiday floral themed corporate party! Overall we loved being a part of this festive event.

Romantic Desert Wedding at Indian Wells Golf Resort

Coj Weddings coordinated a romantic desert wedding in Palm Springs, California. The beautiful outdoor wedding took place at Indian Wells Golf Resort, which was the perfect location.

We had the privilege to light up the evening with string lights at Paulina and Alex’s wedding. We created an illusion of an enclosed space on the golf resort. Guests were still able to enjoy the beautiful evening.

The newlywed’s wedding was filled with beautiful autumn tones, gold details, and gorgeous floral arrangements. We loved being a part of this romantic desert wedding!
