We are so happy to share this wedding at Alexandria’s Ballroom was featured on Carats and Cake. Lily and Jonny’s wedding was gorgeous and inspiring. We are happy to have been able to share a part of their big day.

Carats and Cake is an online source for your wedding inspiration. They describe themselves as “the best of weddings, so you can discover the best of vendors.”

Formerly used by Charlie Chaplin during his wedding in the 1920’s, Lily & Jonny chose the Alexandria’s Ballroom as their stunning space to say their “I Do’s.” Spacious and romantic, this venue created the perfect ambiance to combine with the romantic and rustic design chosen by the couple. Lighting was provided by various choices of chandeliers and small disco balls. This lighting change helped take their amorous ceremony to an exuberant celebration for their reception.

An inspiring staple was their flower wall that was used to separate decorated tables in the ballroom. The flower wall was a tall, green border that highlighted sections of white roses. Each table was covered with a white and gold combination and centered with cream florals.
