Kate and Ross had a cordial and wonderful event at their Welcome Party on the eve of their wedding celebration. Taking place at a private venue in Rancho Palos Verdes, this couple added a touch of style to their hospitality.

The outdoor event took place at a private venue in Rancho Palos Verdes. It was planned by the same team that also organized the actual wedding, Greenwood Events, and was catered by Made by Meg.

Family styled tables ran parallel to the open view that looked out into the city. White tents provided shade and held long hanging vines that secured lighting and sweet decor. The theme of the welcome party had a subtle rustic vibe while incorporating a very modern floral feel. White table runners sat under large white candles and brushes of natural greens.

The night was illuminated by large bulbs that strung from the long vines ceiling the large tents. Our team also played up the theme with lighting that floated along the pool. Twinkle lights and candles also filled the space, giving this backyard dinner an elegant effect.

The couple’s welcome dinner has a lot of small details that created this wonderful start to their wedding weekend. Continue below to see more photos captured by Jeremiah and Rachel Photography.
