Monarch Beach Resort Wedding

Nicolette and Jonathan held their awe-inspiring wedding at the Monarch Beach Resort in Dana Point, California. With the special touch of A Kate Carlson Event Planner, and the various vendors that made this day happen, Nicolette and Jonathan’s wedding was nothing short of luxury and romance.

Every detail incorporated was white with accents of gold– from the extraordinary decor to even the smallest points of getting ready. The beautiful bride wore a princess gown with white-strap heels. She finished her gorgeous, glitter ensemble with a long, lace veil. The groom looked equally as polished with his black, sleek pants and white blazer. His look was finished with a black bowtie that stood out against his white button-up.

The venue was the definition of extravagant with the lovely, floral chuppah used for the ceremony and the abundance of white bouquets decorating the walls of the reception hall. The ceremony took place at night and was perfectly lit up by the team at The Lighter Side. Long, wooden chairs filled the rows under the clear tent placed to cover guests in attendance. The bride began her journey to her “I Do’s” as she came down the stairwell right outside the tent. Winding in a circular pattern, she made a regal entrance down the cobble stairs and met her parents at the giant white bouquets which stood at the beginning of the aisle. Her parents helped her make her way past the tall greens that lined the aisle to her future husband. He waited for her under a chuppah covered inch-by-inch with white roses.

Mirroring the white roses used for the ceremony, every table and hanging decor in the reception room was dressed in overflowing bouquets of white roses. The walls were lined with off-drapings and served as the perfect backdrop to the white and gold chandeliers that lit the entire room. Family styled tables were the combination of white and gold accents and decorated with tall candelabras and various sizes of white bushels. The center of the room was a hanging garden of white florals looming into open-spaced ceilings.
